are all forms for warranty deeds the same from state to state?

Please note that state laws can differ in how the general warranty deed is created, but usually there are certain words that make the a deed a general warranty deed.

I would also add that deed forms will vary from state to state due to different state recording requirements - i.e. whether they require witness signatures, a parcel id #, different formatting requirements for recording, etc.
