bonita	Hi. My husband and I have been divorced since December 07. My name is still listed on the mortgage. I was wondering what I can do to get my name off. He said he can't refinance, as there is no etquity in the home. He has since remarried and I would like to get my name off this mortage.
SBARBEE	I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO SUBMIT A LETTER TO THE UNDERWRITER AS TO WHY I HAD A LATE PAYMENT ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I WAS WONDERING DO YOU THINK THAT ME FORGETTING TO PAY THE BILL WHICH IS WHY IT WAS LATE IS GOING TO AFFECT APPROVAL OF THE LOAN. I ONLY FORGOT BECAUSE I DID NOT GET THE BILL
