my sister passed beofroe she sign deed over to me

my sister passed beofroe she sign deed over to me

My sister has named me sole executor of estate and beneficiary in her will. The will mentions :"real property" Her attorney has the original. My question is the deed was rewritten with me as new owner upon her passing. She passed before she could sign the deed. Is this a problem?

Work with your sister's attorney under bona fide relations. Moreover, your sister has already mentioned you as her estate's sole executor and beneficiary, so hopefully there shouldn't be any problem with completing the final deed.

You will likely have to go through the courts (probate) to complete this but it can be done with a little effort - I agree work with the attorney    Good Luck Brian Barnes Nationwide Mortgages Brian@AimWithFocus.com
