Do the new Cal. Laws (Bill 94) banning upfront fees also apply to Principle Reduction (supposedly approved) Services? Was told approved by need to pay $3,800 to execute and deliver the new principle reduction loan/arrangement? That will apparently require an Attorney? Hi Guest, As far as I know, any kind of upfront fees in regards to loan modification have been banned. This is same in case of principal reduction as well. Thanks
