Hi George, I have a similar situation but w a twist. I did a wraparound mtg

Hi George, I have a similar situation but w a twist. I did a wraparound mtg. on a straight note w my realtor and he is on the deed and stopped making payments on our agreement now I am responsible for original loans, he is refusing to deed the property back to me and as I see on the title report he is listed as the Trustee too but not so on the recorded all inclusive purchase money deed of trust w assingments of rents, it shows Chicago title as trustee. He is collecting rents on it though. I would like this property back in my name and him out of the picture. Need help please!

Honestly, I don't have much to recommend other than consult with an attorney.  This is something best handled in that fashion, I'd have to believe.  I can't say I've had much experience dealing with title issues - I never studied law.
