In VA, how long do you have to remove personal property after you house is sold at court auction? Can we remove the refrigerator?

We own a home in VA, but we do not currently reside in it. However, we still have personal property within the house. We have things such as paint, left over flooring materials from replacing the flooring and a refrigerator that we would like to retrieve as well as an above ground pool. Are we allowed to do so?
Thank you for your time and assistance!

Hi mswroberts! Welcome to forums! After your property is sold off at a foreclosure auction, you will receive an eviction notice from the lender. You will have to remove all your personal belongings within that notice period from the property. As far as I know, you will be able to remove all your personal belongings from the property. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane

>>Are we allowed to do so? Yes, you can retrieve your personal property as long as you still own it, as long as it's not "attached" to the property.  Your pool and refrigerator aren't attached, so they're okay.
