My house in florida was recently sold at a judical auction to the lender , I had a private lender not a bank anyway the lender bought the house at auction for $100.00. Do I still owe the judgement now that they have the property/collateral?

If the lender files for a definiciency judgment and get the decision in his favor, then you will be liable for paying the deficient amount to the lender.
