Title work can be seen by lender

I'm in the final process of a first time home loan. The only thing I need to be able to close is for the lender to receive the title info from the title Atty. Due to the recent changes in the beginning of October - they have to scan it tons third party rather than emailing or mailing to the lender. The lender can't see it in the system and the Atty has called to try and have it fixed but has not relieved a call back yet. How can I help this process along?
