I just closed on a 203 k FHA loan last week, and my mortgage LO says they are saying the loan immediately. The mortgage has funded and been recorded in the court house. Can I apply for a personal loan now?? Can the mortgage company or new lender cancel my mortgage and hold the 203 k contractor draws?

You can take out personal loans whenever you want. No, none can cancel your mortgage without the permission of the mortgage company.
