My house was foreclosed last yr -I live in PA- The last time I talked to the bank I was in review to rescind the sale of my home. That was also some time ago. I received a notice from the sheriff's office to personally come pick up paperwork with ID. This also happened the first time I save the house from being foreclosed on -It was the bank suing me for the settlement of the house.
The problem is I'm afraid once this transaction happens they will be allowed to evict me and the rescinding of the sale will never happen. Quiet honestly I'm afraid to call the bank (Wells Fargo) since the have been less than helpful and seemingly unwilling to help out at all. No refi or whatever other options are out there were available prior to the sale even tho I spend countless hrs on the phone, faxed and mailed the necessary documents.... I would love to move but really just can't afford it right now. I've been laid off twice in two years -just getting food on the table is an accomplishment right now.
So any ideas on the time line -if my fears are correct -eviction -people coming to change locks w/o notice. I have not received and notices from my lender. Originally I was told the bank bought my house back and now I find myself wondering if it has been sold. I tried looking it up to no avail.
Any n all uinfo would be greatly appreciated... Thanks -J

Hi moonlightpeace,
You should contact your lender and check out if they have considered your request to rescind the sale of my home. Unless you speak to the lender, you won't get a clear idea regarding what they intend to do with your property. If they are ready to rescind the sale, then they won't evict you from the property.
Thanks,
Jerry
