I was POA granted 9/10/09 and filed the deed on 10/26/09, I wrote the warranty deed myself, and wrote 10/26/06 instead of 10/26/09 on the deed. I'm selling the properties now and the buyers title company is refusing saying I need to open probate. can I simply file a corrective deed
