my grandsparent died &left 22 acres in Alabama. Can it be sold without all heirs signature? No will
If you are alone person after your grandparents death for property heir ship, then first of all you have to be mentioned on property deed, for that you can get your lawyers help. Then you can sell out it.
Thanks. :)
Thanks. :)
Hi vanessabrooks,
As there is no will, there is no declared heirs to the property. All the heirs can file the affidavit of heirship and get the property transferred in their names. If you want to sell off the property, you will have to obtain a no objection certificate from the other heirs. Once your receive it, you will be able to sell off the property. However, taking any further step in this regard, you should consult your real estate attorney.
Thanks

my father passed and left mee permanant residence in home house but the property is heir property. Can anybody sell it without all signatures.
Hi renee,
As there is a will, you and the other heirs will have to probate it. After the probate, unless all the heirs sign, you won't be able to sell off the property.
Thanks
