were does a contract of purchess of property fall in ala. law, rental, mortgage, rent to own???
Hi Tun,
Welcome to the forums.
I guess you are buying a property in Alabama.
Now, the terms like rent to own and mortgage speak of different scenarios altogethre. What exactly do you wish to know - is it the name of the home buying contract? The contract is known as Real Estate Sales Agreement.
Take care and if you have further queries, please feel free to ask.

i have a contract to buy property and it says its a contract of purchase for property and even though i have not defaulted on the contract the seller is trying to evict me as though it is a rental agreement
Hi,
How long has been since you have bought the property? Are you paying for any mortgage taken by the seller? I find no reason why he should evict, may be he needs the property for some other purpose and he is forcefully trying to evict you from the property.
Thanks
