In the middle of modification (where boa accepted money after we had already been foreclosed on) we were notified that fnma owned our house.
How do I prevent being evicted by fmna (what file or action needs to be filed in Florida) until I can get legal help to straighten things out?

You should seriously look to a realestate attorney. BOA is continuously being scrutinized for unlawful actions. They are thieves and I sincerely hope you can resolve this asap and are not evicted from your home. Contact NACA as well.
