We own property in Americus Ga. It has a house on the acre of land but is not livable. It has a well and septic tank and across from a golf course and next to a lake. We just purchased a home and would like to borrow 6000 so we can pay off several small loans and credit card. The tax value on land is 6200 and with the house 19.500.
