What if a Grantor of a Life Estate outlives the grantee, Does the deed revert back to Grantor or does property go to grantees heirs????
Hi Guest,
As far as I know, the property will go to the heirs of the grantee as he/she was the owner of the property. As the grantor has the life estate, he will be able to stay in the property until death.

It'll go back to the Grantor's Estate.
