My daughter is going to acollege that doesnt have housing so we decided to buy a cheap house instead of her paying rent. What would be the best way to title the house. In her name or ours or both

It will be your discretion whether or not you want your names as well as your daughter's name mentioned in the property deed. If you want your daughter to be the sole owner of the property, then you should mention only her name in the property deed. But, if you want to remain as one of the owners of the property, then both your name as well as your daughter's name should be mentioned in it. You can contact a real estate attorney and he will draft the property deed for you.
