i'm trying to understand pro forma next to my husbands name on mortgage loan and deed to house.? my dad was giving me his house, he was very sick and my husband didnt want to be on anything because it was from my dad to me, they said in texas his name had to be but they put proforma. my husband is now deceased and i dont understand

You should immediately show the deed to an attorney and take his opinion in this regard. He will be able to better assist you in this regard and let you know what you need to do.
