You must be knowing that Ken Stampe has been actively participating in our forums and helping our community with his valuable knowledge and experience.
I have thought of making him the moderator of our forums. And, I would appreciate your comments and opinion in this regard.

oh he is a genius i mea it his idea for having another section for quit claim was superb i think he is a born genius
