Posted on: 24th Sep, 2007 01:10 am
Hi all,

This is to provide you (community members) with a platform where you can introduce your own financial blog as well as your blogger friends to our community. So, feel free to share your favorite blogs on finance and let others know what the blogs are all about.

The purpose is to assist people in finding out which blogs are valuable enough to help them manage their finances in a simple and easy way.

Thanks,

Brian Dela Cruz
Hello Brian,

You can count Jeffrey team as our first blogger friend. Natalie Jeffrey and Laurin Jeffrey, are real estate agents providing the valuable service of condo or loft sale in Toronto.

They have a blog "Toronto Condo Loft and Real Estate" having 16 different real estate and mortgage categories. And by making more than 5000 blog posts in different categories they are one of the best real estate bloggers as far as providing information is concerned.

So, people having problems on real estate issues can explore their blog to get right solutions.

Hi,

Let's know more about another our blogger friend: Kevin

RateLadder.com – It's a blog acting as a doorway of prosper.com community. Kevin who is a prosperous lender shares his knowledge and experience on lending strategy and rate analysis through this blog.

Once you visit his blog, you will be aware of more or less the daily happenings of the Prosper Community. Along with this, common people can gather information about personal finance.

Finally, I would say it as a perfect blog for lenders, webmasters and for common people too.

Hi all,

I do have a blog - http://jessica.mortgagefit.com/. I received this blog from MortgageFit Community. I thought it would be an additional platform where I could share my knowledge with the community, and update them on what's going around. In a way I could be of some help to people.

Regards,

Jessica

Hi,

I've just visited a blog - http://www.honeycombproperties.com/realtorblog/ . James Wells is the blogger here. He's a realtor associated with Honeycomb Properties in Indiana and guys he's a community member also. He's just joined yesterday and has already given some valuable suggestions in our forums.

What I liked about the blog is, it gives information which buyers and sellers would look out for. Besides, there is emphasis on:

a) The Fed interest rates
b) Legal aspects of homeownership
c) The real estate market in Indiana

I also came to know about services which James and his company offer. They are into offering:

a) Professional real estate services to buyers
b) Professional assistance to sellers so that their properties sell
c) Legal help at the time of selling property

The blog seems to be a new one, yet I believe it has a mark on it's own. It helps people like me get a basic idea about the buying and selling.

I hope James will continue blogging and keep it as interesting as it is now.

Thanks.

Hi all,

Just a few days ago, Sam sent me a blog and asked for my opinion on it. I found the blog quite an interesting one – it's "The Digerati Life". It's a blog dealing with finance, money tips, savings and the like.

What I've liked most about the blog is how simply they've spoken about general finance and money management. Besides, there are other features which I've found here and those I believe have made the blog worth visiting.

1) Various categories ranging from credit, debt, loans to real estate and money management.

2) Investing and Savings tips which anyone would like to know to get secured financially secured.

3) Excellent off-topic discussions ranging from jobs, careers to technology and even web marketing.

I'm sure the blog attracts a lot of people due to it's simplicity and the variety of topics dealt with.

God bless the Silicon Valley Blogger :)

Hi,

I'd like to introduce a blog – Homequitybuilder which is managed by Ken Lambert. He's been associated with our community since quite some time now. He's into developing a new mortgage program especially for the UK market.

In his blog, Ken discusses on home equity loans especially the AMF and how it's a better option than others in the market.

Are you willing to check it out for yourself? Well then, just go through his blog and you'd come to know all about it.

Hi all,

Here's a financial blog which I would refer to – it's the Enough Wealth and it belongs to an anonymous blogger.

The first thing that attracts me in the blog is the diversity of topics it deals with.

Starting from investment and retirement planning to specific topics such as credit, debt, insurance, real estate and taxation, the blog covers it all. Besides, there are miscellaneous topics such as book review, blog maintenance, pets and others. Not only is the coverage wide but also it's simple and lucid.

I personally feel that the blog is a great financial resource for those who are planning for a healthy financial life and those who'd like to know that extra bit about what's happening around them.

Hi all,

I would like to introduce here an outstanding blog of our blogger friend. The blog has focused on New York City (NYC) housing bubble.

The blogger has given special concentration on macro-economic/ financial/ geopolitical issues that will affect the NYC market in the days immediately ahead. The information compiled here can assist you in making an informed decision without industry bias or media hype, if you are considering a purchase or sell over the next few years.

Thanks,
Larry
