Thank you very much. I hope that my contributions will be beneficial and informative to both consumers as well as the community members. I have enjoyed being a part of your community and look forward to continuing as your property appraisal forum moderator.

There has not been much activity in the property appraisal forum and I hope to change that in the coming year by introducing some new topics and bringing in other appraisal experts to assist in the development of informative discussions.

Best of luck to all in the coming year as we continue to weather the economy and the many changes affecting our industry.

I would like to recommend Eric ( eric1 ), Mortgage Broker and Owner of Dream Home Financing LLC, as our new Moderator for the Mortgage Know-How Forum.

His active participation and useful contribution towards our community have convinced me that he is the right person to moderate the Mortgage Know-How Forum.

Thanks everyone ! If granted permission to be moderator, I will do everything I can to keep Mortgage Fit a reputable place for mortgage advice and information. That being said, I cannot be "everywhere". There will be things that I will miss. Please do not hesitate to point out something to me.
