Hi, I just joined the community. Looking forward to involving myself in discussions. I am a relatively new commercial/hard money mortgage broker. I say relatively new because I started the company in 2006, but got side tracked with another business. I try to network with real estate investors that need funding for their projects (both purchase and purchase/rehab). Here is my question: How can I locate bank loan officers to make them aware of my services, in case they have clients that they are unable to provide loans to (perhaps the borrower's credit does not meet the requirements, or the property does not conform with their guidelines)? I feel that there are probably bank customers that loan officers are unable to help, especially in this economy, however am not sure of the best way to locate and introduce my services to these bank loan officers. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
