Hi all,
We have come up with a new forum - "Property Appraisal" where people can discuss their queries on appraisal and related issues.
I am recommending Mike Shapiro, a regular participant for past 1 month in our forums as the moderator of the appraisal forum. It's true that Mike hasn't posted much as of now but he has shared valuable information with our community. He has also come up with some helpful suggestions and hopefully we'll hear more from him.
I would request you all to vote and share your opinion on this issue.

Thank you for the recommendation. I do look forward to sharing as much info with fellow members regarding the appraisal industry as possible. I'll be able to quickly answer most all technical answers regarding appraisals and should be able to help those in need with accurate, easy to understand answers.

i think it will be great to have an expert like Mike.

appraisals is a topic I would like to know more about from Mike, if he doesn't have any objections to. :lol:
Thanks for the support everyone. They say the best way to learn is to teach, that is why I love to help. A lot of questions get asked I'm not 100% about so I read up to get the answer which really helps become more well rounded with all aspects of the industry.
I am also in favor of having Mike as one of the mods.

Yes it is a good decision.
It'll be great to have Mike amongst us as a moderator. He is a knowledgeable guy, someone who is always willing to help; and the best thing that I like about him is, he loves to learn and he loves to teach.
