father passed left everything to sister never mentioned had two adult sons in will in nj and one son has same exact name as father, do they or one with same name have rights to estate

If the will has the names of the adult sons, then they can claim their rights on the property. However, if there is a property deed which mentions the sister as the owner of the property, then she will be able to claim the sole property.
