I have a 1996 manufactored home 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms vaulted ceilings all new applainces and carpet and laminate flooring big kitchen 1,771 sq ft 2 living rooms 2 dinning rooms we are trying to sell it it is in excellent condition has frame can be moved on to basement built in china hutch new hot water heater it is in a court ready to be moved into can you please give me what it is worth

I agree, Wanda. Contact a realtor in your area to obtain an estimate of how much you could sell this home for.
Based on the wording of your question, it sounds like you are interested in just selling the manufactured home, not real estate. If so, it would be a personal property appraisal that you would need. You could probably contact some manufactured home dealers and brokers to find some experts in these types of appraisals.
