I feel that there was a mistake when my property was appraised in 98. Previous year appraisal showed 125' frontage and when I purchased in 98 the frontage showed 105'. How would I have this corrected if thee was a mistake?

The first question should be, which one is correct? I assume you are talking about the lot frontage. Do you have a survey or subdivision plat for reference? It sounds to me like just a typo on one of the appraisals.
