About my appraisal

we had an appraisal done about a week ago and appraised @ 64,000. We were upset about that 3 yrs ago we had gotten it appraised and it was 69,000. I think the appraisal guy did us wrong. We had been working on our house since the last appraisal, so we should of got a more higher price than 3 yrs ago. Also, when he took pic he didnt take any good once for instance in bedrooms he just took pic of the bed the living romm he took a pic of the one corner not even showing almost the size of living romm, the kitchen he just took pics of our cabinets we put new tile recently but didnt get a pic, the bathroom he got pic of the sink now we also put new tile in that, plus got utility room and a garage that we had fixed up very well and turned into fitness room he has no pic of that posted, then just took a pic of the street. So didnt appraise for much and we feel he is wrong. He also compared us to some houses recently sold but what he didnt know one of the houses he compared us to a friend of my bought that so i got to ask for her appraisal it came in as 95,000 and he apraised that house for 69,000. Can someone please help me.
