I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR 5 YEARS AND MY LANDLORD WANTS TO SIGN OVER THE PROPERTY TO ME JUST FOR WHAT HE OWNS ON IT. HOWEVER I DONT THINK THE PROPERTY AND THE NEEDED REPAIRS THAT HAVE TO BE DONE ARE WORTH AS MUCH AS HIS LOAN IS. SO I NEED TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH THE HOUSE IS REALLY WORTH ESPECAILLY WITH THE WAY THE PROPERTY VALUE HAS GONE DOWN. HOW DO I DO THAT WITH OUT HAVING TO PAY AN ARM AND A LEG FOR SOMETHING IM NOT TO SURE OF??? MY ADDRESS IS 1105 VANCE STREET LAKEWOOD COLORADO 80214 JUST IN CASE YOUR ABLE TO PULL IT OFF THE INTERNET I HAVE TRIED BUT I DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT IM DOING :) THANKS
You or your landlord will have to contact an appraiser and appraise the property. Once the property appraisal is complete, you'll be able to know the exact value of your property.

There's only one way - you need to get an Appraisal from a licensed Appraiser.
