I am having trouble getting an appraisal in Atlanta I have a log cabin in residential neighborhood 400 K cabin bu no coms Any ideas

If there are no proper comps, then it will be difficult for the appraiser to appraise the property. In that case, I guess the appraiser will decide as to what comps he will take into account while appraising your property.

Unfortunately, no comparables generally equals no comparables. That leaves no wiggle room for either the appraiser or the lender.
