#0001959515 I was informed that an appraisal would be done on my house and I would be contacted within 15 days. It has been 2 months. I contacted the local office they were not aware of this. Please let me know what is going on with my loan. If I owe more I want to start making payments to clear it up. I sent the required forms back as required in Jan.

joann, you need to be in contact with your lender. MortgageFit.com is not a lender. don't you know who your lender is? what is "the local office"? and why can't you follow up with them?

I take it you got in touch withyour lender via mortgage fit? As Gmakerley says however, it's the lender you need to speak to in this instance rather than the forum community. Perhaps one of the mods may be able to help you if necessary by tracking down how you got your quote?
