I would like to see the appraiser opinion's and the conclusion of the final price

Appraisers have very strict client confidentiality laws. If you try to contact the appraiser, they are not allowed to provide a copy to you. They are not even allowed to verbally share the results of the appraisal with anyone other than the client.
In a purchase situation, the lender is typically the client listed in the appraisal so it is at their discretion to release the appraisal to anyone other than the buyer as required by law. You can request a copy from the lender, buyer or the agents, but they are not required to provide one to you.
