You should contact an appraiser local to that area to get an appraisal on the property. There are plenty of appraiser directories on the internet which will give you names and contact information for appraisers in your area.
everybody likes zillow.com too...i haven't tried their analysis, but i do recognize that some undewriters will actually check there, too.
