Hi Guest!
Welcome to forums!
If you want to file bankruptcy only to get rid of the property in Colorado, then you'll have to file bankruptcy in the state of Colorado. You need to get in touch with a Colorado based attorney for the same. If you want to file bankruptcy for all your properties/assets in Arizona, then you need to file bankruptcy there. I would suggest you to get in touch with a bankruptcy attorney and take his opinion in this matter.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
