dealing with gauntlet real estate capital in arizona are they capable of closing or just another upfront fee companies
Well regarding Gauntlet one broker is there who tried to be helpful to me sent one of my Executive Summaries to them and they came back saying they were interested in the project. I cruised to broker universe and here and can't really find out much about them. There was a lot of reaction to upfront fees.
lousy customer service never get my emails or my calls returns terrible ---terriblel on hard money loans
They have issued us term sheet but it seems as though they are brokers more than lenders? Does anyone know their status?
I delt with a Michael Clinton. I do not recomend dealing with this company at all, as all they want is up front fees and do not preform!!! I have requested several times for a refund, and nothing. There is not a number to call, and everything has to be sent via mail. STAY AWAY as they are just bad Brokers.
I find it interesting that Gauntlet's license in California did not become active until 05/2010, one year after they opened? Also, I cannot find ANY license for them in Arizona (DRE or DFI). Does anyone have any suggestions?
I was contacted by a gentleman named Chris Chronis (Scottsdale branch), and when I inquired about their licensing in New Mexico and other states, instead of forwarding my email, he accidentally hit reply, stating "What would be a good response to this email? I am a little hesitant about the licensing…"
If that's not a good sign...I don't know what is!
The individuals I have been able to look up through a Google search that work in their Scottsdale "branch" have no individual licenses (they are inactive, terminated, or not found). There is no branch license either. Any help would be appreciated!
I have a feeling they are bad news.

Something is wrong with them and their licenses. I have a feeling that they are a scam.
