Our home was auctioned and...

Our home was sold at an auction which we were not aware was happening. When we originally purchased the home it had no appliances at all. We paid out of our pocket to put the stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and so forth in. It is documented in the initial inspection and we have receipts for the items.

Legally in the state of Arizona can we take our appliances since it would be leaving the house in the original condition and the appliances were separate from the home loan? Can we take them without concern that they may try to retaliate?
Hi Bmacho!

Welcome to forums!

As the appliances were not a part of your home loan and you've installed it on your own, I think you will be able to take them. You should contact your lender and inform him that you will be taking away the appliances.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
