We live in Az. We have a lot that my husband needs to deed to my son-in-law so he can have a house built on it. Can you give me any info?
hi lynn.

welcome to the forum.

you can use a quitclaim deed to transfer the lot to your son-in-law but if it is a mortgaged property then you will have to pay it off or your son-in-law have to refinance the mortgage on his name only.

best of luck,
larry
