In Arizona, do both spouses need to be on a mortgage? If not, is the non-applying spouse's debt taken into consideration to determine if the applying spouse will qualify?
Hi ridehd!
Welcome to forums!
Arizona is a community property state and thus, the lender may want both the spouses to be on the property and the mortgage. In that case, the debts and income of both the spouses will be taken into consideration.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
