My mortgage is with Aurora Loans which is a Lehman Brothers Company ? How does their bankruptcy affect my mortgage ?
It won't affect your mortgage in the least. They may eventually sell your mortgage and you will have to pay it to a new servicer if they do. The terms will not change.
