Can I sell my vehicle after being discharged from bankruptcy? The vehicle was not included in the bankruptcy. There was a reaffirmation agreement put in place. The discharged was finalized in late October.

This is a mortgage website designed to help homeowners about their mortgage needs. Common sense would be if you do OWN something, why wouldn't you be able to sell it. IF property was not included in your bk, then you shouldn't have any issues.
