BK7 and Foreclosure

Our BK7 was discharged in June of 2010 and we did not reaffirm our 1st or 2nd mtg. BOA started foreclosure proceedings in August 2010 and hearing date was set for Oct.10th 2010, the cancelled and moved to Nov 2, then cancelled and moved to Dev 15, 2010. That was also cancelled and as of today (Feb 24th, 2011) no more court dates have been set. We need to start over for the sake of our children and found a wonderful home to rent in our price range that is available now. We now that this home will eventually be foreclosed on since payments have not been made for over 14 months. Since it was included in our BK7 discharge, can we vacate now and will we be responsbile for anything at the home we are vacating? We will keep up the yard during the summer and the driveway during the winter months. BOA has paid the taxes this year as well already but everything I try calling them I do in a circle and never get an answer and when I call their lawyer I can't get an answer either. Please help so we can move on and start over. I was able to find a solid job now so we are finally getting over what we never thought would happen and need to move on.
