I have planned to file bankruptcy. I will be meeting the bankruptcy attorney in the next week. What documents should I carry with myself?
Hi Mistry!
Welcome to forums!
When you go to meet the bankruptcy attorney, you will have to carry your last 6 months of wage statements, the list of creditors to whom you owe money, a list of major assets and the equity you have in it.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

You have to carry all the document related to your property and bankruptcy which you think are required and help in your bankruptcy case.
Don't forget to carry your last 6 months of pay stubs, income information and pay advice with you.
It's always better and convenient for you if you take helps from an legal lawyer or consulting an attorney as they better take care of rest things well in bankruptcy filing.

Yes, it is most necessary that you carry your last six months of payment document and bills because without it your bankruptcy application will discharge.
