My first case dismissed due to falling behind on payments when I changed jobs the lawyer never sent the change in to the courts and yes I know this was my fault for not keeping them up . now have filed twice again and looks like number 4 coming due to lawyers failure to submit all documnets that have been sent 3 times to his office.
You have to find a better lawyer if that is the case. An effective lawyer will help you out with your problem instead of adding your problem.

If all the required documents are not sent to the courthouse on time, then your bankruptcy case will get dismissed. There is nothing that you'll be able to do in this regard.
