Hi glynispowell!

If you included the debt in your bankruptcy filing and got it discharged in it, then the creditor will not be able to come after you to recover the dues.

How can i find out was discharged or if they were included?
Hi Guest,
If you had your bankruptcy filing discharged, you must have received certain documents from the court. You can check those documents to find out if the debt was included in your bankruptcy filing.
Thanks
