hi carman!
welcome to forums!
i guess you want to get a loan modification on the repayment plan you received through chapter 13 bankruptcy. in such a case, you need to consult a lender. it will be the lender's discretion whether or not he would give you a loan modification.
feel free to ask if you've further queries.

have you reaffirmed the mortgage loan after chapter 13 BK?
Hi simonhovell,
You do not need to reaffirm the loan after Chapter 13 bankruptcy. The lender gives a repayment plan to pay off the dues.

HI carman1196 ,
IF YOU ARE FACING FORECLOSURE ON YOUR HOME CHAPTER 13 IS BEST OPTION TO CHOOSE.THIS IS GOOD SOLUTION FOR PEOPLE WHO NEED TIME TO PAY OFF CERTAIN DEBITS.IN THIS YOU CAN KEEP ALL YOUR PROPERTY BUT IT HAS SOME CERTAIN CONDITION APPLY.
CHAPTER 13 BANKRUPTCY ENTAILS THE FOLLOWING.
DETERMINE WHETHER CHAPTER 13 IS THE BEST SOLUTION FOR YOU.
PREPARE A BUDGET.
EXAMINE INDIVIDUAL CASES TO FIGURE OUT WHETHER REQUIRE FILING OF CHAPTER 13 BANKRUPTCY, OR CAN BE TACKLED IN SOME OTHER WAY.
DETERMINE AND IMPLEMENT METHODS OF DEALING WITH SECURED CREDITORS.
DEVISE A CHAPTER 13 PLAN, AND FILL OUT THE FORMS.
PAY THE FILING FEE AND COMPLETE THE PROCESS OF FILING THE FORMS AND PLEADINGS.
ATTEND WHATEVER MEETINGS YOU MAYBE REQUIRED TO ATTEND; WITH THE CREDITORS, COURT HEARINGS ETC.
REPYMENT IS BEST OPTION IN CHAPTER13, IN THAT YOU CAN DEMOSTRATE PLAN OF YOUR PAYMENT.ALSO YOU CAN GIVE PERIODE FOR PAYMENT.YOU CAN SPECIFY HOW LONG YOUR REPAYMENT PLAN WILL LAST.
IF YOU CAN'T MAKE PLAN PAYMENTS THE BANKRUPTCY TRUSTEE MAY MODIFY YOUR PLAN.
THERE ARE TOO SUITABILTY TO AQUIRE THIS CHAPTER 13

unfortunately carman didn't come back with any additional details on his original post. we still don't really know what the real question is.
carman, i hope you'll come back and provide us with a clue about your original question.
i think it's not at all helpful if we end up speculating on what the desired topic really was.

Hi Carman,
Is your home part of your Ch 13? If it is then you can't do a loan modification until you are out of the chapter 13. Unless, your BK Attorney carved out the home.
