i have been paying in on my ch13 for 3 years, but i have a 5yr plan, can i pay off the rest of debt and be released from ch13 early. i was required to pay 51% of submitted debt from creditors, i have paid a additional 12,000 in the last 3 yrs, and i owe around 8,000 dollars, i was going to get my 401k money and pay it off. my wife has become unable to work last may and only recieves a small ss check each month, please advise, Bruce Coleman
Hi watchman,

As far as I know, you will be able to pay extra towards your Chapter 13 re-payment plan and get discharged of your bankruptcy filing. I would suggest you to contact your bankruptcy attorney and trustee in this regard and take their opinion.
