hi there… i am one year into chapter 13 bankruptcy filing. i pulled out my credit reports yesterday just to find various negative items listed on it. one of my car loans is not even showing iib. so, i start working on it now? what can i start rebuilding my credit?
Hi porphor,
You may start disputing the errors in your credit report immediately. However, it won't be a good option to start rebuilding your credit score now.
Thanks,
Jerry

Hi porphor!
Welcome to the forums!
I agree. You should start taking steps to rebuild your credit score once you have received your discharge from bankruptcy filing. Before that, even if you take steps to rebuild your scores, it won't be of much help.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
