situation is :
3 years ago, my friend husband and her filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy. she thought that her 2nd mortage was included in the bankruptcy, now from bank she get call for loan payment as well as 2nd mortage payment plus interest which is gone very high that she is not offerdable.
actually she already discharged from the bankruptcy for over 1 year .out credit report even says the account is paid as agreed.
they has send 2nd mortage and send her a bill for the same as remainder.
so what is this situation ? what i need to do?

You've mentioned that your friend has been discharged from the bankruptcy filing. In that case, I guess, she had made her payments according to the repayment plan given by the lender.
She must be having her bankruptcy documents which states that she has been discharged off. She will have to send a certified mail to the lender along with the relevant documents and clear off the issue. If the lender keeps on harassing her, then she can file a lawsuit against the lender.
