i filed in nov 05 and now they want to dismissed because they are uping payment to 1300.00 and i have been paying 900.00 and they have accepted this for 2 and half yrs they said i was not paying correct amount who decided this amt becaust when i filed i was only making 7.25 hr and now i make 10.00 and i advsed the atty of this but everytime she attaches my pay i lose my job and i refuse to let them do this again i nn to live i nn this extra 450.00 to pay utilities but atty is unprofessional in telling i cant afford my house and i nn to get rid of it i only owe 11,000.00 why should they not let me finish who makes up the payment amts anyway if atty she was wrg

If you do not pay the right amount to the lender as per the repayment plan, your bankruptcy can get dismissed. I would suggest you to speak to your lender regarding the issue and let him know how much you can afford to pay. May be the lender would extend the term of payments and may allow you to pay the amount that you can afford.
