how to keep my home after bk 13 dismissed? we still qualified for home loan modification? how long i can stay in my house when the lender start foreclosure.?
our bankruptcy lawyer just took our money $7500.00 and just file the case and do nothing after that. they don't even answer the lender attorney to protect us from paying more instead of paying less monthly payment for our home. before bk 13 filing we only pay $1921. per month but after bk 13 we pay almost $4000.00 per month that's why we stop paying the trustee and the bank.

though you have filed chapter 13 bankruptcy, you would be able to save the property. once your bankruptcy is discharged, the lender will give you a new payment plan depending upon your financial situation. this will help you in paying off the debts within 3-5 years.
i would suggest you to personally speak to your bankruptcy attorney and check out when you can get discharged of your debt.
feel free to ask if you have further queries.

As your bankruptcy is dismissed, the automatic stay on the creditors has also been lifted. Thus, the lender has the right to foreclose the property and sell it off to recover the dues. You should immediately contact your lender and apply for a loan modification. If the lender accepts it, then your payments may decrease. You'll also be able to save the property as well as your credit.
