Ok more specific. I filed 3 years ago ( chapter 7 ) the car was included. A 2001 mustang gt. I had gutted the car and made it into a race car. Anyway 2 years later I had to file. I had sold all the parts from it to pay bills months before everything got too far behind on all my debts. All thats left is the shell of the car, which I told the court at that time. Well they never came to get the car. So I have been paying storage fees for it all this time. Anyway I was wondering if I can sell what is left of it or what I should do. I did contact my counsel some time ago about this but I never got any response. Obviously he has been paid and moved on. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

thanks, Dave
Hi Dave!

Welcome to Forums!

If you have been paying the shortage fees for the car, then I hope the counsel will never ask you about it. However it will be better if you can take some legal advise. In my opinion, you can sell off the remaining portions of the car.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
